  3. Once I have received ALL your documentation you will receive a preapproval within 24 hours.
  4. Along with the pre-approval, you will have choices of loan programs to choose from and a GFE showing fees involved. (
  5. Once you have decided on the loan program that best fits your needs, the loan will go into processing (

Once you have the preapproval DO NOT:

Run your credit, make large purchases, run up credit card debt, or transfer funds between bank accounts. These can all potentially change your loan preapproval!
