Nick V Alvino is a third generation Southern California native. He was born in Newport Beach, raised in Huntington Beach, and currently lives with his wife Susie and young kids son Brady and daughters Ava and Ella in Corona del Mar. After graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2001, Nick started in the mortgage banking industry. For more than 15 years, Nick’s work has ranged from first-time home buyer loans to multiple-investment property loans to international investment property loans. He currently specializes in residential purchase loans and refinances in California.  After starting on the broker side of the business and growing to build his own branch, Nick is now proud to work as a direct lender. Nick is able to provide his long-term clients and Realtor partners the customer service and competitive rates they need in today’s competitive market.

Nick prides himself on staying current with the ever-changing market and regulations, and strives to be one of the most knowledgeable loan originators in California. He holds his California State and Federal NMLS Loan Originators endorsements: NMLS ID: 832259, as well as a California Department of Real Estate salesperson license: CA DRE: 01908219. Nick knows that his comprehensive knowledge, combined with his incomparable commitment to client service and personal attention, will ultimately provide his clients with the best experience possible.
