Next, collect ALL the homework below and get it over to me. You can fax (714-475-5915) directly to my PC for safety or scan and e-mail. You could also mail it but why?

  • Copy of drivers’ license and social security card for both borrowers. (Passport for all borrowers if you do not have Social Security   Card).
  • Consecutive paycheck stubs covering the last 30 days (3 if paid every two weeks, 2 if paid twice a month, 1 if paid monthly).
  • Complete copies of 1040 personal Federal Income/1120s/K1s/1065s Tax Returns with all schedules for the last TWO years.
  • W2 forms 09, 10, 2011
  • Complete statements (all pages, front and back) for the last two months for all checking and savings or other liquid bank accounts.
  • Most recent complete statement (all pages, front and back) for all CD’s, money market, stocks, bonds, IRAs, 401Ks or other investment accounts. (We only need your main accounts, not every account)
  • If you are currently renting: Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the landlord(s) for each residence you rented over the last two years.
  • If divorced: Complete copies of divorce decrees and associated amendments to support alimony/ child support.
  • Most recent copy of mortgage coupon, property tax bill, and proof of insurance on ALL current property(ies). HOA contact information if you are part of a home owners association.
