We were basically dead in the water with the lender they were previously using. We ran into an appraisal problem which is fairly common in our current market. The lender we were using may no effort to do what was needed to get the appraisal corrected.

Once you took over the deal we had a new appraisal done within days and loan docs within 2 weeks. You made the listing agent happy and she hung in there with us and most of all my buyers got their new home and I got a closed sale!
